Dillon Construction Services, Inc. is a family-owned company incorporated in the state of South Carolina. We have operated in the Southeast since 1989 with offices in Columbia and Charleston. Our primary work is historical restoration with a focus on innovative techniques with stucco exteriors and plaster interiors. This expertise has been established mainly on Charleston, SC projects.

Many of our projects have been recognized for their restoration excellence by the receipt of numerous awards.

Dillon Construction Services is well known for their high quality work, responsiveness and experienced leadership.

KIRK DILLON
Kirk is owner and president. He has over 25 years experience in the construction field with over 20 years of experience in conventional and synthetic stucco and plaster.

HANK BAUER
Hank is the Charleston region manager. Hank has established a professional reputation for restoration excellence in the field of stucco and plaster. He has over 24 years experience with historical restoration projects in the Charleston area and has worked on other restoration projects throughout South Carolina.

Both Kirk and Hank have training in stucco and plaster restoration, scagliola finishes, venetian plaster finishes, lime washes and tuck pointing.
